HFRM#1 and I just returned from the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and although its BioMom's Birthday (HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIOMOM!!!), its hard to be back into the hustle bustle of the metropolis.
But it was beautiful.
We saw:
0 Moose (that's right: nada. zip. zilch. zero.)
4 frogs
1 toad
1 little mouse
loads of hawks
1 eagle
pleanty fish but none on my line
too many people
HFRM#1 only dumped the canoe once (!), nearly breaking my unsuspecting elbow, and trashing my camera. She'll be happy to know, however, that the pictures were recovered.
